UPDATE 07-06-2013

So it has definitely been awhile since I've posted on our blogger. Due to the fact that I go to school 8 hours a day and commute from Stockton to Sacramento. I've been in high hopes of getting this back up, and running for people who are interested in what we do during the weekends. For the past months the scene here in Stockton has started to slowly grow. With the loss of our former 5th team member Eric due to the priorities of his education. He was shortly replaced, and his spot on the team was filled in by my old peer from high school Freedom Calam. Flash back to my freshmen year in highschool Freedom used to teach me how to break dance. Now he is my apprentice, and now he is learning "The Ways of Kyokuro." Later following Freedom came along our friends Axlrose Albon, and Johnmhar Bongcaron. Our friend Ian Noceda from Sacramento has been dedicated enough to make it out to our past practice sessions. He always seems to brighten up our practice sessions even when the scorching sun kills the mood. This will sum up what has been happening within our area. Hopefully I find the time to keep updating this blog.

"Choice of Body"

We often find ourselves stuck trying to figure out what body to purchase next. Staring blank into the computer screen pointing at the bodies you're deciding upon as you say "Eeny, meeny, miny, moe". There are many factors we base our final decision on before making our purchase. A body should compliment your style of driving.

Everyone has their own tastes but with any body comes a paint scheme. Preferably we choose a solid color because an out going paint job can take away from the actual driving aspect of the car. Speaking of performance, if you're an outdoor drifter like us, aero and weight become big factors and can affect your chassis's performance. Also body profile may play a big issue for people who drift indoors simply because some bodies are made long, such as the Yokomo 180sx street version. Keep in mind, fitment plays a big role in your decision as well; whether you run big offset wheels or your wheel track is wide, you'll want to find the body that sits nicely flushed or tucked. I hope this is very useful and helpful information, thank you for viewing our blog.
